Su Bach guarantees complete customer satisfaction. Customer may return undamaged, unused goods in a saleable condition, together with a proof of purchase and tags intact, within 10 days of the purchase date and you will be eligible for an exchange (provided availability of stock) or refund (except for discounted or promotional Goods). Simply request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number. Please state whether you would like to do an exchange or a refund and send us the Goods. We cannot be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend you send the Goods to us by a courier.
Once Goods are received, they will be examined prior to any decision being made. We will then contact you, and in case of refunds, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible followed by an e-mail confirmation. You will be refunded the full value of your purchases (excluding shipping costs), back to the credit card used to make your purchase. All the the delivery expense for the return of the product(s) shall be borne by the customer (each and any cost borne by the customer for the return is not refundable), except when the goods are faulty. Su Bach reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not meet the requirements referred to in the preceding paragraphs.
